No two bodies are the same, so no two massage sessions should be either.
Before each session, we take time to talk about your goals, your concerns, and how you’re feeling that day. Whether you’re dealing with muscle tension, stress, recovering from physical activity, or simply making time for yourself, your massage is tailored to your needs.
I use a variety of techniques to create the right treatment for you. Your session may include stretching, trigger point therapy, cupping, heated bamboo, hot stones, or manual lymphatic techniques when appropriate. Every technique is chosen for a reason and based on your individual goals.
I believe the body works as one connected system. Stress, posture, movement, and daily habits all affect how we feel. My goal is to ease tension, improve movement, encourage relaxation, and support your body’s natural healing process.
